The project , launched on September 22, 2020 was envisaged under the memorandum , signed between GSTU and National Library. The memorandum features implementation of joined activities and it was signed by Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili and Mr. Giorgi Kekelidze. Guests gave newly published books as presents to the university.
