Within the framework of  the Independent Day of Poland,  a Polish delegation: Mr. Active ambassador Mariush Pietjak and consul Mr. Piotr Pomianovski visited GSU. Active rector Mr. Aleksandre Mghebrishvili hosted the visit  and reviewed all the university activities and projects related to Georgian-Polish Relations, universities collaboration with Warsaw, Bydgoszcz , Opole and other Polish universities. GSU students, with Polish descent and students who participated in the exchange program over the years and studied in Poland also met guests at the Polish Center. After the university activates, Guests, GSU and local government representatives visited Marshal Josef Pilsudski square
