On October 26, 2015 at Gori State Teaching University there was opened the Fifth Regional Office of Shida Kartli Information Center. Its purpose is to inform local population, academic and civil society about the NATO and EU, questions of Georgian integration to European structures and European values, to promote local initiatives. One of the questions of the Regional Office of Information Center will be to inform civilians about ongoing reforms, new products and those opportunities offered by the European integration process. The State Minister Davit Bakradze and Gori State Teaching University Rector Giorgi Sosiashvili signed the Memo of Collaboration. The event was attended by the University authority, students and representatives of the local government.
