Giorgi Abashishvili , the head of the administration visited Literary Café ,which had been financed by Reserve Fund. As Mr. Abashishvili says: Gori State Teaching University is the leader among other universities in Shida Kartli region as it is a steady home for healthy cultural environment. Literary Cafe was established and equipped with all necessary items with the financial help from Presidential Reserve Fund. The café serves students, teachers, art lovers. Mr. Giorgi Abashishvili met with students and discussed other potential projects for further financial support with Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili ,among such projects are establishing Media center and printing house.
