GSTU got invitation from university of Warsaw , department of  eastern Europe research center and from 27  to 31 of October representatives from GSTU : rector  of the university,- Giorgi Sosiashvili, head of administration,- Giorgi Khorbaladze and head of international relations ,-Ruisan Mekvabidze visited Poland . visit was fulfilled within the frames of project dedicated to 25th anniversary of foundation of department of eastern Europe research center. The conference was held at the Warsaw  university. Two  scientific works were presented from GSTU :prof .Giorgi Sosiashvili “Russian colonial politics in Georgia according to European travelers.” and prof. Giorgi Khorbaladze “ problem of the barriers  in world literature echoed in the process of education”. After the conference representatives of the GSTU met with pro-rector ,Mr. Tadeush Tomashevski, chief of the department of research center : Mr. Ian Malick; prof : Mr. Davit Kolbaia; representatives of the department of international relations : Silvia Salamon and Katarzina Kozdra; geography , archaeology, economics, philosophy and sociology teachers.  Both sides agreed on strengthening future collaboration, participating in exchanging programs , co-operating on scientific work, establishing the school for the polish language. Both sides expressed their  willingness  to fulfill already laid –down plans for the future.
