On April 27, 2023 the International Symposium for young Georgian and Turkish historians took place at GSU. The symposium was organized by the university and Turkish Historical Society. Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili opened the event and gave a lengthy talk on Georgian-Turkish relations, pointed out the significance of such events and wished participants success.
