On September 25, 2025 GSU hosted a science festival, supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia. The aim of the festival is to navigate students to participate in research and innovative activities and science popularization. Mr. Aleksandre Mghebrishvili gave an opening speech and reviewed the importance of such activities to raise awareness among students and the young population of the Gori area. Mr. Zviad Gabisonia, deputy minister of Education, Science and Youth, thanked the University academic and administrative staff, students and involved citizens of Gori for their hospitality, support and interest in the matter. Mrs. Ketevan Kokrashvili, Mrs. Maia Shukhoshvili, Mr. Kakha Jghenti, Mr. Levan Midodashvili, Mrs. Tsiuri Duruli, Mr. Giorgi Berdzenishvili, Mr. Malkhaz Chitaia, Mrs. Juli Gabelaia, Mrs. Khatia Baindurashvili, Mrs. Ana Gorduladze, Mrs. Tamar Koshiridze and Mrs. Ana Datuashvili also addressed the audience and accentuated the importance of such events.

22 pavilions were presented within the framework of the festival, where guests could get information on various educational and innovative activities in Physics, Chemistry, Robo techniques, imitated areological field, dairy product producing, apiculture and participated in them. Within the framework of the festival, Horizon Europe presented various activities. Jazz band “Kanudoss” performed at the festival.
